Studies* show that regular meditation can reduce stress, and that’s not just good news for our minds, it’s also great for our tummies.
Apparently, stress and irritable bowels go together like peanut butter and jelly, but when we practice mindfulness, we can feel happier and more content. And who doesn’t want that?
So, if you’re ready to give meditation a try, there are plenty of resources available to get started. You can download apps, join online communities, or even go to a real-life meditation class (just make sure to wear your cute yoga pants, because you never know who you might meet).
In the end, it’s all about finding what works for you and sticking with it. Whether it’s meditation, yoga, or a good old-fashioned dance party, let’s prioritize our well-being and give stress the middle finger. Namaste, ladies.
